Our X Large Terracotta sizing is only available for pickup however the lightweight version can be posted.

What are the Pots Made From?

Our pots are made from Terracotta and our Lightweight range and made from a Fibreglass clay.

Can your pots be placed outside?

Yes, absolutely! All of our pots are sealed inside and out for their protection. However, as with any painted and sealed surface outside, we cannot guarantee that the colours won't fade and wear overtime. Our metallics may overtime show water marks and signs of tarnish/oxidisation due to the amount of copper in the pigment. It is preferable that if you select a pot design with the metallic option that it be kept indoors or outside under cover.

Can I plant directly into my pot?

Of course! All our pots have a drainage hole which is ideal if you are planting in directly. However, it is recommended to leave plants in their original plastic pots to maintain the longevity of the pot.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for Delivery once your order is placed.

How do I choose my pot colours?

When you place your order, upon checkout please use the comment section to advise of your colour/s selection.

An extensive Colour Chart can be found under the Products tab.

Local Pickup Option

If you are located in the Ballina/Lennox Head region, you are more than welcome to stop by to choose your colours and collect your pot.

By Appointment Only. Please email to organise a time.


All orders will be shipped within 14 Business days from order. If you should require your items earlier than this time frame, please make contact via email so that we may advise if this request may be possible.

All postage will include tracking and requirement for signature on delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Please take care while ordering. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure correct contact and address details on all orders, along with reviewing product information before proceeding with payment. Unfortunately we cannot return, exchange or offer a refund in case of buyers change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

All of our products are carefully checked and wrapped using bubble wrap and tough boxes to prevent any damage. Due to our products being fragile in nature they can be damaged in transit.
If there is a fault with your order please contact us immediately via email within 24 hrs of your orders arrivals. We ask that you please supply images of the faulty items or damage and also your phone number and we will make contact and proceed from there.

Web store errors

Although we try our best to double check all content on the site, there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, errors in product descriptions/measurements and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available. If this occurs, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and refund your account for the amount charged.

Do you ship overseas?

Pebbles & Rox is only currently available Australia wide.
